The position of Service Technician requires an experienced professional with extensive knowledge in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of battery-powered electric vehicles (BEVs). Our ideal candidate shows an "anything is possible" attitude and approaches their work with enthusiasm and determination. Candidates are expected to perform excellently in their field, possess the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection in a fast-paced environment.

The task:

• Diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Lucid Motors vehicles
• Learn technical skills and knowledge to demonstrate and convey to others
• Effectively work with the appropriate software to properly and completely document all interactions with customer vehicles
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about high-voltage and general electric vehicle systems
• Efficient communication and collaboration with other members of the service team (e.g., advisors, managers, etc.)
• Follow the correct procedures for documenting repair orders
• Creative problem-solving and quick adaptation in a fast-paced environment
• Love for detail and passion for positive customer experiences
• Passion for sustainable mobility and the transformation of the automotive industry

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a KFZ-Mechatroniker or relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, and electric vehicle drives
• Ability to work on the road and support the mobile service team as needed
• Experience in repairing premium vehicles
• Creative problem-solving and quick thinking in a hectic, fast-paced environment
• Love for detail and passion for positive customer experiences
• Ability to work on the road and support the mobile service team as needed

• Ability to demonstrate and convey learned technical skills and knowledge to others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use basic computer applications like Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software
• Must have a valid driver's license
