What will your responsibilities look like?

* Collaborate with the CPO's team on key strategic projects

* Craft compelling presentations and data-driven reports

* Implement and document cross-organizational learning paths

* Streamline process documentation efforts

* Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources

* Support annual goal-setting initiatives

* Assist in project management Tasks

What do we expect from you?

* Master's student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, or Psychology

* Consulting experience a plus

* Strong data analysis skills and quantitative mindset

* Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

* Fluent in English and German

* Self-starter with keen attention to detail

* Passion for software/tech industry
