Intern - Business Transformation (m/f/d)

Within our Group Transformation Office, we are seeking a motivated and talented intern for our Business Transformation team at our headquarters in Munich. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international company environment, working closely with program managers and senior leaders on strategic transformation initiatives.

Duration: 3 - 6 months, 6 months preferred
Responsibilities
* Support program managers in planning and coordinating cross-functional business transformation projects, including timelines, milestones and work packages
* Help structure, track and document project progress, risks and dependencies to ensure transparency across stakeholders
* Craft compelling presentations and data-driven reports for internal stakeholders and management meetings
* Consolidate, validate and analyze data from multiple sources to support data-driven decision-making and success measurement of transformation initiatives
* Support the design and implementation of future-state operating models (organization, governance, people, processes and technology) on selected work streams
* Assist in preparing and facilitating workshops, meetings and communication activities with cross-functional teams
* Take on ad-hoc project management tasks in close collaboration with the Business Transformation team
Requirements
* Master's student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, or related field
* First experience in management consulting or strategy is a strong plus
* Strong data analysis skills and quantitative mindset
* Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
* Fluent in English and German
* Self-starter with keen attention to detail
* Passion for digital transformation & software/tech industry
* High curiosity for AI tools to enhance personal productivity & workflow efficiency
