This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Surrey, ND, for a Project Officer. The Project Officer will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects within the institution, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and adherence to budgets. Key responsibilities include organizing project schedules, monitoring milestones, liaising with stakeholders, reporting on progress, and supporting project teams to resolve issues. The role demands efficient resource management and adherence to organizational standards while driving the successful execution of assigned tasks.
Qualifications- Project management skills, including the ability to create schedules, manage budgets, and track progress.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities for detailed planning and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively.
- Analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
- Experience in academic or similar organizational settings is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
