Key Responsibilities- Hire, coach, and retain top-tier reps in your District.
- Ensure daily engagement with your team, maximizing impact and accountability.
- Build and own District business plans, allocate resources, and analyze data to drive growth.
- Provide targeted, focused coaching that accelerates rep development and results.
- Partner with peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to exceed corporate objectives.
- Adapt strategies based on payer, reimbursement, and healthcare landscape shifts.
- Other responsibilities as outlined in the job description.
- Remain compliant with all regulations while carrying out responsibilities, adhering to all company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Documented, demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and promoting top talent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical Sales Representatives.
- 4+ years of successful pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a sharp business acumen.
- Deep understanding of payer and reimbursement environments.
- High integrity, strong communication skills, and a drive to win.
- Ability to travel 20 - 50% depending on district alignment, with overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
