Location: Wales
M Group is seeking a Defect Compliance Officer for the North Wales clean water team. You will manage identifying, logging, tracking and resolving reinstatement defects to contract specifications and Highways Authority standards.
You will conduct regular site audits and inspections of completed works, implementing root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce defect volume and cost while maintaining a strong relationship with the Highways Authority.
