Builders are essential to every modular construction project. Our Sales Team actively participates in industry events and collaborates with networking partners to generate interest in our construction process. All sales inquiries are diligently tracked and assessed to ensure comprehensive project information is captured. We engage with established licensed contractors in the geographical region to secure availability and interest.

The KBS training program will provide builders with design, engineering, assembly, and practical applications necessary to complete modular home construction.

Our modular building process facilitates the bulk procurement of building supplies, thereby reducing market price fluctuations while upholding high-quality standards. The collaborative development of preliminary project plans further ensures adherence to budgetary constraints.

KBS employs skilled builders, electricians, and plumbers who operate within our manufacturing facility to fabricate modular units. The utilization of indoor construction for the home ensures the preservation of project timelines, independent of weather conditions and the availability of inspectors and other trades. Concurrently, on-site preparations can take place for the delivery and installation of the modular boxes, resulting in a streamlined project timeline.

As part of our process, we will create a Responsibility Matrix to delineate what is included in our contract and what the builder will be accountable for.

We will collaborate with the team to formulate the project plan in conjunction with the owner, encompassing the procurement of finishing elements and subsequent site installation. We will also establish and maintain continuous communication to mitigate any ambiguity regarding task ownership throughout the project’s lifecycle.
