Construction Laborers – Framing & Tinning – Watford City, ND – Year-Round Outdoor Work
TTK Enterprises is hiring Construction Laborers for framing and tinning work on post-frame (pole barn) projects in Watford City, ND. This role involves year-round outdoor work in variable weather conditions, assisting in building and tinning structures from the ground up. Laborers will operate tools, measure and cut materials, and support the construction crew in safe and efficient completion of projects.

- 1+ year experience in construction, framing, or similar field

- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- Familiarity with tinning (metal panel installation)
- Skilled in use of hand and power tools
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Previous post-frame or metal siding/roofing experience
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE use
- Ability to read construction drawings or blueprints
- Forklift or skid steer certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
