Senior Superintendent – North Dakota
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year.
Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The role requires leading large‑scale construction projects from inception to completion, including overseeing budgets, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and handling commissioning and close‑out. This is a permanent position offering significant career growth.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of large‑scale construction projects from initial planning to completion.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee budget planning and management for all projects, ensuring that all financial targets are met.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest safety standards and promote a positive safety culture within the team.
- Handle commissioning and close‑out processes, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Mentor and guide superintendents, project engineers, and field staff, promoting professional development and growth within the team.
- Implement strategic planning and coordination to ensure that all projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Regularly report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing large‑scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 30 and other relevant safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and coordination.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in commissioning and close‑out processes.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members, promoting professional development and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
