Park Construction Company is seeking an experienced Journeyman Finish Motor Grader Operator for our Watford City, ND TH 85 highway heavy/civil construction project. This position is ideal for candidates with precision fine-grading experience, capable of bringing subgrade and finish grades to plan tolerance using a motor grader on highway, heavy civil, sitework, grading, or earthmoving construction.

The right candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality work, and teamwork in a fast‑paced construction environment.

• Prior Experience as a finish motor grader operator in highway heavy, civil construction, grading, earthwork, street, or bridge construction
• proven ability to read plans, grade stakes, and slope stakes, and finish to line and grade with minimal oversight
• Experience operating motor graders equipped with GPS/GMS or laser grade control systems strongly preferred
• Skilled in fine grading, subgrade prep, slope work, ditching and final trim to close tolerances
• Strong understanding of proper cut/fill technique, material placement, and drainage grading
• Ability to work safely and productively in a team enviroment
• Ability to work in the Watford City, ND project area
• Must follow all company safety policies and project requirements
• This position is classified as safety sensitive
