This company is a full-service, multi-discipline general contractor specializing in commercial construction, construction management, design-build, tenant improvements, commercial service work, and government projects. The Project Manager will play a key role in continuing that reputation by taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction experience will be considered.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, project documentation, and closeout.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
  
  Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with owners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field personnel.
• Ability to identify potential project issues and proactively develop solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software; experience with Procore or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative project team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
