Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year

This company is a full-service general contractor specializing in commercial construction, construction management, design-build, tenant improvements, commercial service work, and government projects. Our client takes a hands‑on approach to construction, working closely with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high‑quality projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Superintendent will play a critical role in leading day‑to‑day field operations and ensuring projects are executed according to the plans, specifications, schedule, budget, and quality expectations established by this company and its clients.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience overseeing projects from mobilization through final completion and closeout.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, plans, specifications, and sequencing.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and daily site activities.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and coordinating work to keep projects on track.
• Strong knowledge of site safety practices, OSHA standards, and quality‑control procedures.
• Ability to conduct subcontractor coordination meetings, safety meetings, and project inspections.
• Experience reviewing drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ability to identify scheduling, quality, and field issues and proactively develop solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Procore or other construction management software is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
