In this part-time position, you will provide friendly, accurate, and professional service while assisting members with everyday financial transactions and account needs.

What You’ll DoAs a Part-Time Member Services Representative, you will:
- Welcome members and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and electronically
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist members with account questions and credit union services
- Support members with online banking and account access needs
- Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions while researching discrepancies
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that may benefit members
- Maintain accurate records while following all credit union policies and procedures
- Support branch operations through administrative tasks such as answering phones, scanning, filing, and data entry
Experience
- Customer service, cash handling, retail, or financial experience preferred
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Comfortable using computers and financial systems
