You get it doneAs a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers in Venlo. You ensure that inquiries, orders, and complaints related to storage and transport are handled accurately. You contribute to a smooth operation of processes. You’re on it.
How do you do this? By applying your knowledge of operational and logistical processes to ensure the correct data and planning are available for incoming goods, order processing, and outgoing shipments within our warehouse. You monitor the pick and pack process, identify any potential issues, and communicate with customers and carriers to resolve them. You achieve this by:
- Continuously monitoring the pick and pack process through our warehouse management system and coordinating with the customer;
- Identifying issues and informing customers in a timely manner about potential delays or changes;
- Acting as the operational point of contact for assigned customers and internal teams;
- Handling customer complaints and, if necessary, escalating them to the appropriate departments.
- Strong passion for your work and know how to easily inspire your colleagues. The transport and logistics sector is where you feel completely at home;
- Some previous experience in a similar role, such as a customer contact employee, customer service representative, or a similar position;
- A customer‑focused approach comes naturally to you. Additionally, you are quick to adapt to new systems and have excellent communication skills;
- Strong command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
