Overview

Dentist will be assigned to Fort Yates, ND clinic but may also assist in McLaughlin, SD clinic on occasion.

Fort Yates, ND & McLaughlin, SD (satellite clinic)

Dates coverage is needed: asap – July 15 2026 (with 6 month option to extend)

Schedule/Shifts Times:
Fort Yates:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am
-4:30pm ½ hour lunch;
McLaughlin:
Monday – Friday 8:00a – 4:30p ½ hour lunch

Call Requirements:
None

Patient Ages: all ages, majority adults

Types of Cases:
General Dentist, no major procedures required, (simple extractions required)

Support Staff: yes – (2 DA's, currently recruiting for Hygienist)

Procedures

Required:

None

Type of Charting: EMR - Dentrix

Requirements:
BLS (through American Heart), DEA (fee paid, schedules 2‑5)

Reason for Need: staff shortage

Credentialing Timeframe: 4‑6 weeks on average

Current NPDB

Copy of DEA (fee paid, must have schedules 2‑5)

State license (must present all active licenses)

Copy of Medical Degree

NPI Number

Three (3) references – for docs must be peer level or supervisory from the past 12 months

List any and all background (including termination or released from contract early, privileges suspended, default on student loans/taxes, any reports on NPDB)
