As an RDH at Watts Dental, you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve and maintain lifelong oral health.

• Perform preventive hygiene services and periodontal therapy according to clinical standards.
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
• Partner with providers to develop and support comprehensive treatment plans.
• Build trust with patients through excellent communication and compassionate care.
• Utilize digital technology and modern dental equipment to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Support a positive patient experience from start to finish.

We're looking for a clinician who enjoys connecting with patients and contributing to a team-focused culture.

• Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude with a desire to continue growing professionally.

Compensation: $43.00-$52.00 per hour

Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
