Step into an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school environment near Manvel, ND. This contract position offers you the chance to collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to help students achieve their fullest potential.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active BCBA certification
- Previous experience as a BCBA in a school or educational setting preferred
- Thorough understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students referred by educators or administrators
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct support and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff regarding behavioral strategies and best practices
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on student progress to adjust interventions as necessary
- Facilitate training sessions for school staff on ABA principles and behavior management techniques
- Regularly communicate with parents or guardians to keep them engaged and informed about student progress and strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and district policies related to special education and student support
