Secondary Science Teacher
Milnor Public School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Science Teacher for the school year. Position highlights include full-time secondary science (grades 7-12; specific courses based on candidate strengths and scheduling needs) in a supportive small-school environment with strong student relationships. Integration of technology and data-informed instruction supports student growth. Active participation in MTSS through our BARR (Building Assets, Reducing Risks) framework is required. Compensation starts at $41,500 (DOE) with a total package of $65,000+. The district pays both sides of TFFR and single health insurance. Qualifications include a North Dakota teaching license (or ability to obtain), strong communication and classroom management skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
Experience (or interest) in using assessment data (e.g., Fastbridge, NDSA) to inform instruction is preferred.
