712 Science Teacher

Kulm Public School District is seeking a 712 Science Teacher for the  school year. Extra-curricular coaching opportunities are also available. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about student learning, critical thinking, and building strong relationships with students.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will teach a variety of science courses in grades 7-12 based on certification areas and district needs, and work collaboratively with colleagues to support student learning and engagement. This position offers the opportunity to teach in a supportive, small-school environment where staff know students well and innovation is encouraged.

Qualifications:

• North Dakota teaching license (or eligibility) with appropriate 7-12 endorsement(s)
• Strong knowledge of secondary science standards and instructional best practices
• Commitment to student-centered instruction and high expectations for all learners
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate well with families

Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: $45,500
