Plant Operator – Tioga, ND

• Maintain plant log entries for gauges, dials, pressures, temperatures, gas throughput, liquid production, fuel consumption, and other shift activities.
• Assist Maintenance and I&E technicians with routine maintenance and major projects.
• Observe and ensure compliance of operating and maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
• Complete required monthly/daily reports, including environmental, safety, near‑misses, downtime, and plant logs.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on plant equipment such as engines, compressors, dehydrators, turbines, pumps, and other equipment.
• Operate and shut down equipment (e.g., compressors, process skids).
• Conduct general housekeeping of operating and idle equipment.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of plant, equipment, and systems.
• Be trained in PSMS and align with Exxon Mobil safety expectations.
• Drive safely and comply with all driving regulations.

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening and background check.
• Capacity to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Availability for overtime and call‑outs during scheduled workdays.
• Position is safety‑critical; pre‑employment process includes additional checks.
• Eligible for random drug and alcohol screening if hired.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management for a natural gas plant.
• Familiarity with operating procedures and process manuals (C&E, mechanical integrity, emergency response, compliance audits).
• Experience with PSSR, DCS operations, P& paths, instrumentation, control systems, and safety systems.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs.
• Ability to work in extreme outdoor temperatures and communicate effectively with personnel and contractors.
• Prior experience with permitting and lock‑out/tag‑out procedures.
• Mechanical skills for maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operation of natural gas processing equipment.
