Flowback Operators - $24/hr - Watford City, ND
Trilogy LLC is seeking experienced Flowback Operators to join their team in Watford City, ND. This role involves performing flowback operations on oil and gas wells, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- 3+ years Flowback/Well Testing or Production experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel for extended periods (75% travel required)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, including weekends and overtime
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds frequently
- Strong mechanical, math, and computer skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely in various weather conditions
