Oilfield Well Testing & Flowback Operators

Atlantic Energy Partners is seeking experienced flowback and well testing contractors for projects across the United States. These contractors will operate and monitor well-testing equipment while supporting completions, drill-outs, cleanup, and production operations. The work involves 12-hour shifts in demanding wellsite environments with nationwide travel and extended rotations. Ideal candidates have previous flowback, well testing, completions, or production experience.

• $500–$700 per day

• Previous flowback, well testing, completions, or production experience
• Working knowledge of separators, manifolds, chokes, sand management equipment, tanks, flare systems, and related well-testing equipment
• Current Safe Land and H2S certifications
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel and work extended rotations at remote locations nationwide
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the position
• Strong safety awareness, communication skills, and attention to detail

• Experience in multiple U.S. oil and gas basins
• Familiarity with high-pressure operations, sand management, drill-outs, and production facilities
• First Aid/CPR, OSHA 10, PEC Core Compliance, or customer-specific certifications/orientations
• Experience completing field tickets, safety documentation, and electronic well reports
