Systems Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop PLC and SCADA software for industrial automation projects.
- Take responsibility for assigned subsystems or project areas.
- Parameterize and configure automation equipment and field devices.
- Participate in FAT/SAT, commissioning, and on-site system startup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical and operational documentation.
- Communicate directly with customers and participate in technical discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation / Control Systems Engineering or from 2 years of experience as an Automation/PLC Software Engineer.
- Knowledge and practical application of:
- standards and guidelines related to algorithm and software development
- SCADA configuration: tags, alarms, trends, reports
- industrial networks:
Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP - PLC programming languages:
Structured Text (ST/SCL), Ladder, FBD (Siemens / Schneider / Rockwell) - operation principles of automation equipment and electronic components
- design of automation systems and controller hardware (CPU, I/O, network modules)
- wiring and parameterization of field signals (DI/DO/AI/AO)
- reading electrical drawings, I/O lists, and P&
- preparation of technical and project documentation
- confident use of Microsoft Office tools
- English from level B1–B2 for technical documentation, business correspondence, and communication with international colleagues and customers.
- Practical experience with SQL, SSIS, SSRS
- Integration with MES/ERP systems, OPC, REST/XML
- C#, .NET, or other integration tools
- Experience with databases and web services
