• Participation in drawing up and agreeing on technical tasks, project schedules
• Managing a team of engineers (up to 10 persons), directly involved in the development of construction details and vehicle components (plastic interior, exterior)
• Participation in technical meetings and negotiations with the customers
• Preparation OJT (One Job Training) for engineers of project
• Monitoring and ensuring that each project milestone is in time and according to the schedule of work
• Monitoring the work status and reporting to the project manager
• Organize control and compliance with the requirements of project documentation and with customer standards
• Analysis implementation of the project and the development, coordination and implementation of proposals to improve the quality and productivity
• Change management

• Previous experience in the automotive industry (5+ years)
• Designing components and plastic parts
• Knowledge of the plastic types and their major differences, applications of plastics in the automotive industry, modern assembly techniques of plastic components in mass production
• Desirable knowledge of preproduction methods (one of the following): PPAP, ANPQP
• Surface modeling, surface design of irregular shape (surface class
