Responsible for dealing in a professional and proficient manner all Table Games within approved guidelines, applicable laws, policies and procedures while providing Outstanding Guest Service.

Knowledge and Certification

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 21 years of age
  • 1-year previous dealing experience or completion of dealing course
  • Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry and the laws and regulations governing gaming operations

Skills

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service, interpersonal and teamwork skills necessary to maintain quality service delivery
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Ability to deal game(s) competently
  • Must have good math skills or the ability to count
  • Full working knowledge of BSA/AML regulatory compliance requirements

Abilities

Required:

  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to deal all table games offered
  • Ability to speak, read and write in fluent English
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Makes accurate and clear chip and cash transactions
  • Maintains a smooth and efficient games pace
  • Adheres to all Tribal Gaming Commission, company, and departmental policies and procedures while dealing assigned game
  • Informs Floor Supervisor when a mistake is made or a dispute arises
  • Informs Floor Supervisor of any unnatural or irregular play
  • Verifies, by signature, all clerical transactions
  • Informs the Floor Supervisor of any customer problems or requests
  • To perform other functions as required
  • Attend all meetings and trainings assigned by the Table Games Manager
  • Responsible for the protection and control of the game being dealt
  • Maintain a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere.

Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals. High volume direct public contact.
