Dmc Clubhouse Supervisor (Full-Time) Seasonal Where Needed

Assist lounge manager with day-to-day operations of the clubhouse. Acts as manager in the absence of the lounge manager. Responsible for the working conditions in the clubhouse area, also employee's professional appearance and employees job performance.

Knowledge and Certification

• High School diploma/ G.E.D required.
• Thorough understanding of all DMC policies and procedures

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a supervisor or equivalent position

Abilities

• The Abilities the applicant must already possess to qualify for the position.
• Must complete a 90-day probationary period.
• Must be eligible to obtain a non-gaming license.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Provides basic supervision to the clubhouse area.

Provides problem referrals as appropriate for the clubhouse area. Follows and adheres to all department policies and DMCH.

Assist with scheduling and supervising all lounge staff on all shifts.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The team member is regularly exposed to risk of radiation (from computers), as a great deal of the workday is spent working on spreadsheets or inputting data into the computer system.

Office, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises, and cigarette smoke. Extensive computer use. Must handle hazardous materials. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals. High volume direct public contact.
