Chief Financial Officer

As the full-time Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in the financial integrity and strategic support of our operations. Your expertise will help drive performance by managing monthly closings, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with IFRS. You will partner with team leaders to deliver insightful financial presentations and dashboards that highlight key variances and trends.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Manage general ledger, payroll, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Implement and test internal controls for compliance
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes
• Comply with all government reporting requirements
• Budget planning and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
• CPA designation preferred
• 5+ years in accounting and external reporting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in all Microsoft products
