As our member services supervisor, you will lead our member services team while helping our members complete various financial transactions, help solve problems and develop solutions so they can reach their goals no matter how big or small. Every day, you will greet members and be trusted to complete an array of services, like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, account maintenance and inquiries, and more.

You’ll be our front-line link to our membership; you’ll care for them and build their knowledge about their accounts, the credit union, and what we can offer to make them successful!

Here is what you can expect:

• Receiving and processing members’ financial transactions
• Balancing cash drawer and daily check activities
• Supporting the branch’s member services staff by actively coaching and mentoring, creating schedules, and monitoring performance
• Supportive, positive environment

Here’s what we expect:

• 40 hours a week, shifts varying from 7:45 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Monday-Friday and one Saturday a month from 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
• Travel between branches required to support and supervise teams effectively

* This position will support Hazen and New Salem Branches

• Two years of financial services experience and/or supervisory experience preferred
• Cash handling and customer service experience required
• Effective communication with coworkers and members
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union
