The Opportunity:
As a Pricing Intern, you will assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing pricing documentation such as cost estimates, pricing packages, and leadership briefings or presentations. You will support pricing data entry, tracking, and archival activities within internal systems, while also conducting research on regulatory requirements, pricing standards, and industry benchmarks. This role is suited for someone seeking hands-on experience in pricing processes, financial decision-making, and cost or lead-time optimization within a dynamic program environment.
In this role, you will contribute to strategic projects aimed at optimizing internal pricing processes and procedures. You will participate in cross‑functional meetings, support process‑improvement initiatives, and perform other administrative and analytical tasks associated with proposal pricing and reporting. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
Experience using Microsoft Word and Teams
Experience working with spreadsheets such as in Microsoft Excel
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance by Spring 2028
Nice If You Have:
Experience with data analysis or research
Experience with pricing systems, estimating tools, or financial modeling
Knowledge of FAR and CAS requirements as they relate to pricing
Knowledge of negotiation principles and organizational savvy
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
