Medical Front Office Coordinator - North Grand Rapids

Role Overview

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be passionate about hearing healthcare, ensuring clients' needs are met promptly, maintaining organized appointment schedules, and delivering Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain client records and ensure information accuracy
  • Handle welcome and confirmation calls with friendly service
  • Manage clinic schedules for walk-in, curbside, and scheduled appointments
  • Order stock and perform weekly inventory audits
  • Record cash and bank deposits, and perform end-of-day processes
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming environment
  • Have basic knowledge of hearing aid technology and perform simple cleaning/repair tasks
  • Assist with troubleshooting hearing aids via phone or in-person and perform cleaning checks
  • Stay informed about HearUSA's products, promotions, and pricing; support remote care as needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and office administration
  • Excellent communication skills, professional rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and MS Office
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills

Compensation

Starting at $19/hr
