Role OverviewAs a Client Experience Specialist, you will be passionate about hearing healthcare, ensuring clients' needs are met promptly, maintaining organized appointment schedules, and delivering Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

- Maintain client records and ensure information accuracy
- Handle welcome and confirmation calls with friendly service
- Manage clinic schedules for walk-in, curbside, and scheduled appointments
- Order stock and perform weekly inventory audits
- Record cash and bank deposits, and perform end-of-day processes
- Ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Have basic knowledge of hearing aid technology and perform simple cleaning/repair tasks
- Assist with troubleshooting hearing aids via phone or in-person and perform cleaning checks
- Stay informed about HearUSA's products, promotions, and pricing; support remote care as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and office administration
- Excellent communication skills, professional rapport with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and MS Office
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills

CompensationStarting at $19/hr
