Overview
Certified Medication Aide - Basic Care (Healthcare)
Schedule- Schedule Option 1 (36 hours/week)
- Three 8-hour Medication Aide shifts
- One 12-hour CNA shift
- Every third weekend
- Every other holiday
- Schedule Option 2 (32 hours/week)
- Four 8-hour Medication Aide shifts
- 2-3 weekends per month
- Every other holiday
A Certified Medication Aide is responsible for administering daily medication to patients. Works under the supervision of a licensed Nurse. Assists professional nursing personnel in providing nursing care, monitoring patients, reporting changes, and collecting samples.
