* MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
* All clinicians must badge in and out at facility General job duties. Types of procedures required. General dialysis duties. Setting up Fresenius machines. Accessing patients. Connecting and disconnecting patients. Monitoring Vital signs. Charting. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Fresenisus T machine. Phoenix meter. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Dialysis skills. 6 months experience. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
BLS - AHA. ND or compact state license. Shift or schedule requirements. Monday Wednesday Friday. 4am-4pm Floating to over units/departments. no Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 10 chairs Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 4 to 1 Dress Code:
