As our Activity Director, you will work closely with our residents to identify their interests and preferences, and develop a monthly activity calendar that reflects their unique preferences. You will also collaborate with staff members and volunteers to ensure that all activities are executed seamlessly and that our residents have a great time.
In addition to planning and coordinating activities, the Activity Director will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our current programs and making recommendations for improvement. This role requires a high level of creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
