Dietary Consultant - CDM - Long Term Care - North Dakota

• Develop and provide guidance on policies and procedures for dietary operations
• Instruct and train center dietary leaders regarding compliance with regulations
• Offer consultation and support on food service and clinical nutrition issues
• Maintain and update knowledge in the food and nutrition field through workshops
• Collaborate with regional and local leaders to ensure safe, effective care

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in food and nutrition management and consultation
• Certification as a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) and CFPP (Certified Food Protection Professional) or a licensed registered dietitian
• If not CDM certified, Serv Safe certification required within the first year of hire
• Previous experience in hospitals, food service, education, or regulatory agencies preferred

• Executive chef experience preferred
• Experience working with regulatory agencies in the food and nutrition field
