Culinary Services Manager

Overview

Bring your passion for food and make a difference in the lives of our residents. The Culinary Services Director is responsible for creating a welcoming culture focused on service excellence for our residents and a positive and nurturing team environment.

Responsibilities

* Promotes Benedictine's Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing these values to life in the organization.

* Builds and retains a strong culinary team where opportunities for growth are encouraged and all members are valued.

* Collaborates with all care providers.

* Oversees and maintains a safe and sanitary environment.

* Manages and oversee efficient operations to maximize resident satisfaction including oversight of the culinary budget.

Qualifications

Required:

* Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course and certification where applicable.

* Accreditation as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or currently enrolled in approved CDM course and will be eligible to write CDM exam at completion of course work within 16 months of hire.

Salary Range

$25-$33 per hr/ doe
