Services
We offer outpatient, inpatient, community outreach, crisis services, partnerships with schools, law enforcement and more. Our evidence‑based, culturally appropriate, trauma‑informed behavioral health services address the diverse needs of those we serve.
Client Services – Youth & Adult Outpatient Services
We provide an array of mental health and behavioral interventions to children, adolescents and their families who need additional help or support. Services can be short‑term or long term depending on the needs of the child and family. Services may include:
Individual Counseling, Assessment & Referral, Anger Management, Coping Skills Development, Social Skills Training, Family Counseling, Crisis Intervention, Case Management, Group Counseling, and Parent Support.
Responsibilities
Provide episodic, trauma‑informed, person‑centered therapy utilizing evidence‑based practices.Maintain client records and all other required documentation in a timely and confidential manner, in accordance with agency policies and practices.When required by the outpatient program, MHC IIs who hold a credential (i.e., L‑AAC, LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA) eligible to be a Mental Health Professionals will provide initial intake assessments for persons seeking services at FBH to determine individual meets medical necessity and eligibility for FBH outpatient services. Involves comprehensive assessments, preliminary diagnoses, and treatment recommendations for both youth and adults. Involves completing Consent to Release Confidential Information with the client and guardians, when appropriate, for any current and past behavioral health treatment, involved allied service provider, and natural supports.
Intakes should be completed concurrently with the client. Accurately determine the program assignment for individuals who are enrolled.Conduct risk assessments, develop and implement safety plans, and provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed, including facilitating access to inpatient facilities for behavioral health care.Facilitate and co‑facilitate client treatment groups.Represent the agency and its services to the community in a positive and professional manner.Participate in required staff meetings, including regular supervision and weekly clinical staff meetings.Participate in any required training, consultation calls, and onsite visits or reviews when required by contract.Accept delegation and follow through with specific expanded assignments and responsibilities within FBH system such as quality improvements teams, task groups, committees, consultations, mentoring or training responsibilities.Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with clinical, administrative and support staff, community partners, clients, and family/natural supports.Include the client’s support network and applicable involved community partners in treatment and any applicable care coordination.Coordinate with treatment team regarding treatment progress and discharge planning and operate as a member of multi‑disciplinary team providing services in the community, virtually, and clinical setting in compliance with any treatment models.Develop and implement care plans with measurable objectives and obtainable goals, in collaboration with the client, evaluating client’s progress and adjusting as needed.Meet productivity standards in accordance with agency program guidelines.Comply with all state WAC requirements and FBH policies and procedures.Perform FBH charting requirements, correspondence, Workday, and other paperwork in a complete and…
