Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy license
• Relevant certifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services to optimize health and function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation practices and care strategies.
