Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities and monitor vital signs;
Provide resident-centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance;
Assist with meals and dining, ensure hydration and nutrition;
Transfer, reposition, and walk residents using proper techniques and equipment;
Document resident cares and behaviors in the electronic medical record (EMR) according to policy
