Job Title: Pharmacist

Duration: 6 months contract with the possibility of up to 9 additional six-month option periods.

Not explicitly defined. Fort Yates requires continuous pharmacy operations, including after-hours support as directed by the Government. McLaughlin Clinic operates routine hours, generally during normal Government business hours.

Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 to 8 weeks

License: Current, full, and unrestricted pharmacist license issued by any U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia (no history of restriction, suspension, revocation, or voluntary surrender)

Certifications: Current BLS certification required

Education: PharmD or BS in Pharmacy

Experience Needed: 3 Years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Medication management and dispensing support
• clinical pharmacy services including counseling, medication therapy monitoring, and reconciliation
• maintaining continuity of pharmacy coverage across both sites
• accurate EHR documentation
• patient safety and incident reporting
• participation in quality assurance and improvement activities
