In-Home Caregiver – Richland County, ND

ND Home Health is hiring an in-home caregiver for assignments throughout Richland County, North Dakota. The role provides one-on-one non-medical support in client homes.

Pay is $22 per hour. This is W-2, part-time or PRN employment. Required employer-directed training is paid under company policy. CNA certification or prior care experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming.
• Mobility, transfer, meal, housekeeping, companionship, supervision, and daily-routine support as assigned.
• Required visit documentation, electronic visit verification, and communication with the care team.
• Following the client care plan, safety procedures, confidentiality rules, and non-medical scope.

Applicants must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, be comfortable working independently in client homes, and complete required screening, onboarding, and training. Hours and start dates depend on an active client assignment, location, schedule, and successful completion of hiring requirements.
