Marshfield Clinic - 12 3rd Street Southeast - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Document resident interactions, outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.;
Communicate changes in resident condition and care-related concerns to the charge nurse.;
Assist residents with meals and snacks and provide hydration as appropriate.;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises.
