Uses scheduling system to maintain master schedule and work schedules for nursing department;
Reviews vacation requests; tracks employee attendance; flags excess absenteeism to department manager;
Maintains SNSA agreements and required documentation; orients SNSA staff; reviews SNSA billing for accuracy;
Maintains computer reports and provides to DNS daily; implements staff reduction or addition per DNS direction;
Provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner per resident care plans
