Job Summary Coordinates the diabetes education program, meeting American Diabetes Association requirements, and provides diabetes education to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and educate patients and families on diabetic management
- Coordinate the diabetes education program and evaluate its effectiveness
- Develop follow-up plans and referrals for diabetic patients
- Serve as a resource for staff and physicians on diabetes management
- Current ND RN license- CDE certification, or qualified and able to obtain
- Minimum 2 years patient care experience
