Nurse

We are seeking dedicated Nurses to join our team, working primarily night and evening shifts. This role offers a total of 36 hours per week on a flexible schedule, which includes a combination of 8, 12, and 16-hour shifts. Overtime opportunities may be available, and staff will work between 3-5 days per week depending on the weekly requirements, predominantly on weekends.

• Provide high-quality patient care in Long-Term Care (LTC) and nursing home settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Current nursing license in the state of employment.
• Relevant experience in LTC or nursing homes preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to providing compassionate patient care.
