Salary: $17.59 - $22.49 per hour DOE and Certification, plus shift differentials

Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd has a Personal Care Assistant position available in Heritage House, our Assisted Living Facility. The Person al Care Assistant's job is to assure the safety and dignity of each resident and to strive to maintain each resident at their highest level of function possible. Duties include light duty cleaning, assisting with meals and other light personal care tasks.

Shift runs from 7:30AM to 4PM and follows a weekend and holiday rotation. Approximately 40-56 hours per 2-week pay period. Shift Differentials pay out extra for all hours worked between 2PM-6AM. We also pay extra for picked up shifts! We require our personal care assistants to obtain their CNA Certification before they have been employed 1 year. We will pay for and support you during your training.
