Common Spirit Health -  - Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care as delegated including oral cares, bathing, transferring, repositioning, feeding, and providing direct supervision for patients;
Communicate and work cooperatively with nursing staff by reporting observations and updating other staff through shift report;
Measure and document vital signs, input and output, weights, procedures, personal care, activities of daily living, specimens, observations, dietary intake, and ambulation;
Assume routine coordination of clerical activities under the direction of department leadership and nurses on duty, including answering and routing phone calls, stocking supplies, communicating new orders and test results, and locating charts and forms;
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
