Common Spirit Health - - Responsibilities:
Take vital signs and collect basic data including intake/output, height and weight;
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and toileting;
Assist with patient mobility including transfers and transportation within the facility;
Monitor patient progress, report needs for medical intervention, and maintain clean, safe patient rooms;
