Good Samaritan Society - 150 Co Rd 34 - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a charge nurse;
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse within scope of practice;
Document outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary;
Communicate changing conditions, medication follow-up and care-related concerns to the charge nurse;
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, and transferring as needed
