ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, coordinate discharge plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams. Flexibly transition between hospital inpatient settings and outpatient clinics, managing diverse caseloads including orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions. Focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care with manageable patient ratios.
Qualifications & SkillsLicensed PT with at least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience, preferably with a compact license. Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and adapt to varied clinical environments. Strong collaboration skills and commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
Key DutiesManage patient care across settings, perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, deliver interventions, and support patient recovery and independence. Maintain open communication with team members and adapt to changing clinical needs.
