Responsibilities:Provide therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment, ensuring a productivity standard of 85%, working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with guaranteed 36 hours weekly. Support may be available virtually, and the role includes handling assessments, treatment planning, and patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:Relevant licensure, ability to work independently, and commitment to productivity standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Key Duties:Deliver occupational therapy services, adhere to facility protocols, and collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes.
